1) When the Package is lost and not traceable by courier service - Refund/Replacement at Buyer's choice.But you need reach out to below email address with in 15 days of the expected Delivery date to update us.
2) When the Package is Damaged and if customer can send the email to below email addresses with Photos as Evidence so that we can action immediately.

We do accept returns but at Buyers return Shipping cost , but Replacements or refunds are recommended, possible and easy for Buyers.
